Replaces the president of Council for a Better Louisiana with the chief executive officer of Leaders for a Better Louisiana or designee

Replaces the executive director of Stand for Children Louisiana with the chief executive officer of the Pelican Institute for Public Policy or designee

Adds the chief executive officer of Ellevate Louisiana or her designee as a new member
