Designates memorial highways in Jefferson Davis Parish for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (LA Highway 26) and Representative John E. Guinn (North Frontage Road), and in Lafourche Parish for Martha Ann Woods-Shareef (LA Highway 20)

Redesignates a portion of US Highway 167 in Lincoln Parish as the "Chief Russell Croxton Memorial Highway" and names portions of LA Highway 3002 in Livingston Parish and US Highway 190 in St. Tammany Parish after Corporal Shawn Kelly and Sergeant Linden Beau Raimer/Deputy Sheriff Marylin Mayo, respectively

Requires the Department of Transportation and Development to erect signage only after receiving local or private funds equal to actual costs, not to exceed $550 per sign
