Amends R.S. 6:333 to change the notice period for bank financial record disclosure demands from thirty "business" days to thirty "calendar" days prior to the return date

Requires the person requesting financial records to provide the bank with an affidavit certifying service was made at least 30 calendar days before the return date

Banks must be given at least 30 calendar days prior to the return date to complete actions necessary to disclose requested financial records

Banks must be reimbursed for reasonable fees and costs before disclosing records, including document reproduction, research, processing, personnel, and travel expenses

If the bank and requesting party disagree on reimbursement amounts, the bank may withhold records until a court fixes the payment amount
