Authorizes the Acadiana Criminalistics Laboratory Commission to name the new laboratory building the "Martin Bofill 'Bo' Duhé Acadiana Criminalistics Laboratory" in honor of District Attorney Bo Duhé

Duhé served as a commission member beginning in 2015 and as president from 2017 through 2021

Duhé worked with the Acadiana Regional Legislative Delegation and state/local officials to secure funding for the new 40,000 square foot facility

Effective upon signature by the governor or upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
