Urges Louisiana's continued participation in the Gulf of America Hypoxia Task Force (formerly Gulf of Mexico Task Force), which the state has been part of since 1998, with an Action Plan goal of reducing the Gulf Hypoxic Zone by 2035

Recommends the Governor's Office of Coastal Activities represent Louisiana on the Task Force, with the Office of Soil and Water Conservation serving as co-chair of the state's Interagency Nutrient Team

Calls for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to be added as a full partner on the Interagency Nutrient Team alongside existing agencies (Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Energy and Natural Resources)

Requires the Interagency Nutrient Team to provide annual presentations to the House and Senate Natural Resources committees summarizing state actions toward hypoxia reduction goals

Mandates that Interagency Nutrient Team meetings be open to the public and include invitations to chairs of the House and Senate Natural Resources Committees
