Creates the Caleb Wilson Hazing Prevention Task Force to evaluate the effectiveness of Louisiana's anti-hazing laws and postsecondary education hazing prevention policies and practices

Task force consists of 26 members including legislators, the attorney general, Louisiana State Police superintendent, commissioner of higher education, four students (one from each public postsecondary system), and campus administrators

Task force must evaluate current state and federal hazing laws, assess adequacy of criminal, civil, and academic consequences, and review best practices from across the country including potential statewide hazing prevention training

Board of Regents provides staff support using existing personnel; non-legislative members receive no compensation and serve at no state expense

Written report of findings and recommendations due to legislative committees by January 31, 2026
