Affirms Louisiana's full compliance with federal requirements through ConnectLA's federally approved broadband action plan and declares the state's deployment effort is shovel-ready with contractors hired and equipment staged

Urges the U.S. Department of Commerce and National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to act promptly in releasing the funding

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the governor, commissioner of administration, ConnectLA executive director, U.S. Secretary of Commerce, NTIA acting assistant secretary, and all members of Louisiana's congressional delegation
