LA HCR80

Enacts Joint Rule No. 22 of the Louisiana Legislature to specify what information must be provided when considering appropriations bills, as required by Article III, Section 16(F) of the Louisiana Constitution.

Requires a summary of proposed changes for concurrence votes on Senate amendments to all appropriations bills, including the General Appropriation Bill.

Requires both an unofficial enrollment and a summary of proposed changes for adopting conference committee reports on the General Appropriation Bill; other appropriation bills only require a summary.

Mandates that all required information be made available at least 48 hours prior to any vote on appropriations bills.
