Creates a task force to study best practices for education and training of poll commissioners and election workers, examining training substance, methods, frequency, and materials distribution

Task force chaired by the Secretary of State (or designee) and includes 12 members representing election officials, disability rights organizations, voting advocacy groups, the NAACP, and university professors with curriculum expertise

First meeting must occur by September 1, 2025, with at least four total meetings required; members serve without compensation

Written report with findings and recommendations due to the House of Representatives by February 1, 2026, or four months after final purchase of a new voting system, whichever is later

Department of State provides staff support; all task force materials and public comments must be posted on the Secretary of State's website
