Exempts privately owned vocational-technical schools from the definition of "school" under Louisiana's illegal weapons carrying laws, allowing concealed carry at these facilities

Expands the exception for carrying concealed handguns within 1,000 feet of school campuses to include persons with permits from states that have reciprocity with Louisiana and those carrying under the state's permitless carry law (R.S. 14:95(M))

Removes the previous requirement that limited permitless concealed carry exceptions to Louisiana residents aged 21+ who are current or former military members with proof of service

Permitless concealed carry now applies to any person 18 years or older who is not otherwise prohibited from possessing a firearm under state or federal law
