Prohibits public and nonpublic schools receiving state or federal funding from serving or selling foods containing 15 specific ingredients during regular school days, including artificial dyes (Red 3, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Blue 2, Green 3), aspartame, titanium dioxide, potassium bromate, propylparaben, brominated vegetable oil, and certain oils (cottonseed, grapeseed, safflower)

Full compliance required beginning with the 2027-2028 school year, with schools permitted to implement provisions earlier on a voluntary basis

State Department of Education must post a standardized compliance certification form and maintain a public list of schools that have certified compliance on its website

Schools participating in federally funded meal programs shall purchase Louisiana-produced food to the extent practicable, subject to legislative appropriation

Exempts food sold in concession stands and vending machines, and does not restrict parents from providing any food of their choice to their students during the school day
