Amends Louisiana's State Licensing Board for Contractors laws to change "commercial purposes" definition from structures with no more than four dwelling units to no more than two dwelling units

Establishes new term limits requiring board members appointed after August 1, 2025 to serve no more than three consecutive six-year terms, with removal possible for missing more than half of regularly scheduled meetings in a twelve-month period

Creates new "Residential Roofing Contractor" license classification effective January 1, 2026 for roofing work on residential structures with project values of $7,500 or more

Increases net worth requirements for licensure to $50,000 for residential and commercial licenses and $25,000 for home improvement, mold remediation, and labor-only specialties

Extends ineligibility period for reapplication after license revocation or deceptive examination practices from one year to three years, and requires licensees to maintain records for five years and report criminal, civil, or administrative actions within thirty days
