Amends R.S. 40:2852(C) and (D) within the Judicial Agency Referral Residential Facility Regulatory Act to separate regulatory oversight between housing and treatment facilities

Facilities providing housing or temporary residence must be inspected and certified by the Department of Public Safety and Corrections before accepting judicial referrals

Facilities providing treatment must be inspected and certified by the Louisiana Department of Health before accepting judicial referrals

Expands the definition of "judicial agency" to explicitly include sheriffs and sheriff's departments, in addition to district courts, district judges, prosecutors, and district attorneys

Removes previous language that excluded sheriffs and sheriff's departments from the definition of judicial agency under this chapter
