Requires 3 master plumbers be nominated by Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Louisiana and 2 master plumbers by Louisiana Pipe Trades Association

Mandates that appointed active master plumbers, board chairman, and vice chairman must be listed as the responsible master plumber for their company

Changes board officer election deadline from within 30 days of July 1 to within 30 days of August 1 in odd-numbered years

Expands residential plumber limited license requirements to cover alteration, installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing in one- and two-family dwellings (previously limited to repair of existing plumbing)
