Establishes a 14-point School Employee Bill of Rights in Louisiana covering workplace safety, protection from frivolous lawsuits, authority to discipline students, wage protections, and rights to professional development

Extends disciplinary authority to all school employees (not just teachers), and prohibits principals or administrators from discouraging disciplinary actions or retaliating against employees who discipline students in accordance with school policy

Expands discipline policy review committees from 16 to 17 members by adding one paraprofessional elected by peers

Requires school boards to distribute the Bill of Rights to all employees at the start of each school year, post copies in every school and administrative building, provide copies to parents, and publish on school websites

Becomes effective upon the governor's signature; displays may be funded through donations rather than requiring public school expenditures
