Reduces state senator representation on the Algiers Development District board of commissioners from two senators to one senator representing the fifteenth ward of Orleans Parish (or their designee)

Adds a new board member position for the U.S. Representative from Louisiana's second congressional district (or their designee)

Maintains the total board composition at seven members

Amends R.S. 33:2740.27(D)(1)(b) and enacts R.S. 33:2740.27(D)(1)(f)
