Establishes Louisiana state minimum wage at $10.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2025, increasing to $12.00 per hour on January 1, 2027, and $14.00 per hour on January 1, 2029

State minimum wage automatically increases to match federal minimum wage if federal rate exceeds the state rate

Employees may file civil lawsuits against employers for violations, with damages equal to unpaid wages plus reasonable attorney fees and court costs; claims must be filed within one year of discovering the violation

Exempts student employees of the state, state colleges/universities, and private employers, as well as tipped employees and agriculture employees as defined by federal law

Requires Louisiana Workforce Commission to compile and submit annual reports to legislative committees and the governor listing employer violations, affected employees, and dollar amounts
