Authorizes transfer of approximately 1.5 acres of dried lake bed from Caddo Lake to Bruce Hamill Weaver III in exchange for consideration proportionate to appraised value

Authorizes the commissioner of administration and DOTD secretary to transfer four parcels of land (Lots 52-66 of Salisbury Park Subdivision and Lots 50-52 of Samford Place Subdivision) to either LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport or LSU Health Sciences Foundation Shreveport

State retains all mineral rights on all transferred properties

Becomes effective upon governor's signature or after the period for bills to become law without signature expires
