Increases the maximum occupancy tax rate for the St. Tammany Parish Tourist and Convention Commission from 3% to 4% on hotel rooms, motel rooms, and overnight camping facilities

One-quarter of all revenue collected from the tax above the 3% threshold must be provided to the St. Tammany Parish Development District

Funds directed to the Development District must be used for business development, attraction, and economic development marketing programs

Programs funded must support St. Tammany Parish as a destination for tourism, business growth, and investment
