Requires residential property insurers to file monthly reports with the Department of Insurance including policy counts, cancellations, nonrenewals, hurricane-related policy changes, wind coverage data, and claims activity by zip code

Mandates annual supplemental reports for closed claims detailing claim identification, dates, payments, public adjuster names, claimant attorney information, and attorney fees paid

Requires insurers to submit annual financial data by April 1st including direct premiums written and earned, loss reserves, adjustment expenses, underwriting income/loss, and investment gains/losses for Louisiana business

Classifies all submitted information as confidential and exempt from public records laws, not subject to public examination or subpoena

Commissioner must promulgate rules and required forms within 30 days of the effective date; bill takes effect January 1, 2026
