Defines "monitoring post" as a secure Department of Public Safety and Corrections facility, including Louisiana State Police facilities, that has investigative control over communication intercepts regardless of geographic location

Requires each warrant authorizing interception of wire, electronic, or oral communications to specify the specific location of the monitoring post

Changes informant presentation requirements from mandatory ("shall be presented") to discretionary ("judge may order") when informant statements are used to establish reasonable grounds for a warrant

Requires the warrant application to state whether an informant was presented to the judge and sworn, if the judge ordered such presentation

Directs the Louisiana State Law Institute to alphabetize the definitions in R.S. 15:1302; effective August 1, 2025
