Homeowners' insurance companies must submit annual reports disclosing profits/losses of affiliated entities (claims adjustment firms, reinsurance companies, service providers), fees and commissions paid, and services rendered within 90 days of fiscal year end

Department of Insurance must publish all required disclosures on its website for public access

Noncompliance penalties include suspension of authority to issue new policies and fines up to $10,000 for first offense, $25,000 for subsequent offenses

Commissioner must create the required disclosure form within 30 days of the effective date and may promulgate rules to enforce the Act

Effective January 1, 2026
