Requests the legislative auditor to conduct a performance audit of the Department of State's election integrity policies, procedures, and practices every four years following the 2028 presidential election

Audit scope includes reviewing practices of all election officials: secretary of state, clerks of court, registrars of voters, and other local election officials

Requires comparison of Louisiana's election policies and procedures against best practices used by other states

Department of State must use cryptography to protect sensitive data elements outlined in R.S. 18:154(C)(1) if requested by the legislative auditor
