Requests the Division of Administration, Patient's Compensation Fund, and its Oversight Board to study the feasibility and costs of implementing electronic filing for medical malpractice review panel requests and electronic payment for filing fees

Current system requires claim requests to be filed via postal mail, in person, or fax, with filing fees of $100 per named defendant paid by mail, in person, or bank wire transfer

Study must determine whether implementation is possible under current legislative authority and identify any associated costs, which could potentially be recovered through convenience fees

Division of Administration must submit a written report with findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the legislature by December 31, 2025
