Commends the Sport Fish Restoration Program on its 75th anniversary, established through the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act of 1950 and expanded by the Wallop-Breaux amendment in 1984

Recognizes the American System of Conservation Funding, which has contributed over $78 billion to state fish and wildlife agencies since 1939 through combined Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Programs and license fees

Acknowledges the funding mechanism of manufacturer excise taxes on fishing equipment, motorboat fuel, and small engine fuels distributed to states through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Recognizes anglers, boaters, the sportfishing industry, state wildlife agencies, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for restoring healthy fish and aquatic resource populations

Directs a copy of the resolution be transmitted to the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries
