Amends Section 4 of Act 30 of the 2025 Regular Session to change succession law provisions from applying both prospectively and retroactively to applying only prospectively

Removes application to claims existing and pending on the effective date of Act 30

Maintains application to all claims arising or actions filed on and after the effective date

Preserves protections preventing revival of claims already prescribed (time-barred) as of the effective date

Continues to protect claims already adjudicated on the merits by final judgment prior to the effective date
