Expands the definition of "critical infrastructure" under R.S. 14:61 (unauthorized entry of critical infrastructure) and R.S. 51:3052 to include additional categories of facilities and equipment

Adds government facilities, military installations, and oil and gas exploration platforms, vehicles, and equipment (including wireline equipment) as critical infrastructure under the criminal trespass statute

Expands R.S. 51:3052 to add transportation facilities (ports, airports, heliports, spaceports, rail terminals, pipelines), water control structures (floodgates, pump stations), and wireline/wireless communications and data network facilities

Effective upon signature by the governor or upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
