Prohibits knowingly soliciting campaign contributions through fraud, duress, deception, intimidation, undue influence, exploitation, extortion, or impersonation of a candidate or government official

First offense: fine up to $2,000 and/or imprisonment (with or without hard labor) up to 2 years

Second or subsequent offense: fine up to $5,000 and/or imprisonment at hard labor up to 5 years
