Prohibits business entities and government entities from denying access to services, employment, education, transportation, or public facilities based on an individual's refusal of vaccines, drugs, tests, or other medical interventions

Bars schools, daycares, and universities from mandating medical interventions for attendance, employment, or participation in extracurricular activities, though compliance with existing R.S. 17:170 immunization requirements remains acceptable

Repeals R.S. 17:170(F), which currently allows schools to exclude unimmunized students during disease outbreaks upon recommendation of the office of public health

Prohibits differential compensation, benefits, or treatment of employees based on their refusal of medical interventions

Violations may be prosecuted by the attorney general or local prosecutors, with attorney's fees and court costs awarded if a violation is proven
