Requires registrar of voters offices to remain open on Sundays during the early voting period (8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), expanding from the current Monday through Saturday schedule

Adds one day of early voting for each day suspended due to a gubernatorially declared state of emergency or impending emergency

Exempts Sundays and Saturdays from being considered legal holidays that registrars must observe during early voting periods

Extends state reimbursement for election expenses to cover Sunday early voting, in addition to existing coverage for Saturday and weekday evening hours (after 4:30 p.m.)
