Creates a voluntary self-exclusion program allowing individuals to ban themselves from purchasing alcohol at establishments holding Type A permits in Louisiana

Requires the Commissioner of Alcohol and Tobacco Control to develop an online self-restriction form with a minimum exclusion period of 30 days

Mandates procedures to prevent self-excluded persons from accessing alcohol at covered establishments

Requires the commissioner to establish procedures for sharing the self-exclusion list with affected alcohol-selling establishments

Rules must be adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act
