Establishes that work product is confidential and exempt from public records requests, subpoenas, discovery, or disclosure, and is privileged in child custody, civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings

Requires child advocacy centers and multidisciplinary investigative teams to adopt written confidentiality policies ensuring information is shared only among authorized participants for investigation, assessment, prosecution, and treatment purposes

Permits sharing of work product in de-identified or aggregate form among team members, or with courts subject to protective orders

Preserves disclosure of independently obtained evidence, law enforcement authority, and defendants' constitutional rights; protections apply only to agencies and individuals acting under formal multidisciplinary agreements
