Faculty deliberative bodies (senates, councils) are restricted to advisory-only roles with no policymaking authority; membership limited to tenured full professors serving one-year terms with four-year gaps between service; presidents appoint body leadership

Following major campus disruptions from student violations, institutions must submit anonymized quarterly disciplinary reports for 18 months including sanction data and names of admissions officers who reviewed sanctioned students' applications
