Requires the administrator of the Trial Court Case Management Information Fund to coordinate with the Integrated Criminal Justice Information System Policy Board to improve case management data-related systems

Authorizes the administrator to coordinate with the legislative auditor or contract with other parties to investigate compliance with court cost remittance obligations

Clarifies that the existing $3 special court cost assessment on criminal convictions is in addition to costs for Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Law violations and bench/fugitive warrant execution expenses

Retains the $3 special court cost for felony, misdemeanor, and local ordinance convictions (including traffic violations), with a reduced $1 cost for mayor's courts in municipalities with populations of 2,000 or less
