Prohibits courts from issuing temporary restraining orders, preliminary or permanent injunctions, abatement orders, or other equitable relief that would delay, restrict, modify, or prohibit aerospace flight activities

Bars claims for damages arising from aerospace activities including interference with property use/enjoyment, emotional distress, diminution in property value, and any losses recoverable in nuisance or trespass actions

Subjects any claim against an aerospace flight entity arising from aerospace activities to a motion to strike under Code of Civil Procedure Article 971

Recognizes reciprocal waivers of claims between parties engaged in aerospace activities under federal aviation regulations (14 C.F.R. §440.17) as effective and enforceable in Louisiana

Creates a presumption that aerospace flight entities are acting lawfully if in substantial compliance with applicable federal, state, and local licenses, permits, or authorizations
