All legislative instruments prefiled with the Clerk of the House or Secretary of the Senate, or introduced in either chamber, must be published on the Legislature of Louisiana website

When any amendment set is posted to the legislature's website, an unofficial engrossed version showing how the bill would read with the proposed amendments must be posted immediately alongside it

Technological failures beyond the legislature's control or ability to resolve in a timely manner do not constitute a violation of these publication requirements

Enacts new section R.S. 24:13.1 to codify these transparency requirements for legislative documents
