Prohibits the Louisiana Judiciary Commission from reviewing judicial decisions made during the deliberative process, discretionary determinations, or outcomes of applying law to facts

Prevents any determination made by the commission or the Louisiana Supreme Court regarding the deliberative process from being used as evidence of prior misconduct

Retains the commission's existing powers to administer oaths, subpoena witnesses, compel attendance, and require production of relevant documents during investigations

Applies both retroactively and prospectively to commission proceedings

Becomes effective immediately upon the governor's signature or upon expiration of the time for gubernatorial action
