Real estate licensees must inform buyers and sellers of vacant residential property of their disclosure duties and rights under the law

Failure by a real estate licensee to inform buyers or sellers of disclosure requirements is grounds for censure, suspension, or revocation of their license, with civil penalties up to $5,000

Effective January 1, 2027
