Designates the portion of U.S. Highway 11 from Dr. T.J. Smith, Sr. Expressway to Louisiana Highway 41 in Pearl River, St. Tammany Parish, as the "Captain Steven Gaudet, Jr. Memorial Highway"

Directs the Department of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain signage for both designations

Signage costs must be covered by local or private funds, capped at $750 per sign for the Galatas Bridge and $2,250 per sign for the Gaudet Memorial Highway
