Adds nine new definitions to Louisiana aeronautics law (R.S. 2:1), including "aerospace facility," "aerospace flight activities," "aerospace flight entity," "aerospace flight participant," "aerospace flight participant injury," "craft," "crew," "launch," and "launch vehicle"

"Aerospace flight entity" encompasses any person or entity conducting space flight activities that holds a valid FAA license or permit, including employees, contractors, property owners, and political subdivisions involved in such activities

"Aerospace flight participant injury" covers bodily injury, emotional distress, death, disability, property damage, or other losses arising from participation in aerospace flight activities

Louisiana State Law Institute is directed to alphabetize and renumber all definitions in R.S. 2:1 and correct any cross-references

Effective upon signature by the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action
