Expands Louisiana's existing law on AI-generated intimate images (R.S. 14:73.14) to criminalize possession in addition to dissemination or sale of AI-created videos or images depicting another person nude or partially undressed

Increases penalties for adult offenders from a maximum of 6 months imprisonment and $750 fine to up to 1 year imprisonment (with or without hard labor) and up to $1,000 fine

Creates enhanced penalties when the victim is under 17 years old: up to 5 years imprisonment with at least 1 year served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence

Adds a new provision to Louisiana's sexting law (R.S. 14:81.1.1) prohibiting minors under 17 from possessing, selling, or maliciously disseminating AI-generated intimate images of another person with intent to coerce, harass, or intimidate

Juvenile offenders violating the new AI-image provision would be subject to disposition under the Louisiana Children's Code rather than adult criminal penalties
