Louisiana Department of Insurance must develop and maintain a free, publicly accessible online dashboard displaying aggregated data for homeowners' and private passenger automobile insurance, searchable by ZIP code and parish.

Dashboard must show average written premiums by geographic area, annual and three-year premium changes, number of active insurers, total policies in force, and rates of new, nonrenewed, and canceled policies.

Insurers writing covered lines must submit all necessary data to the department, with reporting required no more frequently than every six months; existing regulatory filings will be utilized when practicable.

All data must be aggregated to protect confidentiality, with no personally identifiable, proprietary, or trade secret information disclosed.

Initial dashboard version required within 12 months of the effective date, with full implementation within 24 months thereafter.
