Courts must provide a copy of the completed sex offender registration form to the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, division of probation and parole, when offenders are not sentenced to incarceration

Written notification forms to sex offenders must now include information about lifetime supervision requirements under R.S. 15:561.4 for offenses involving victims under age 13

Violations of supervised release conditions (R.S. 15:561.7) may be prosecuted in the parish where the violation occurred, in addition to existing venue options

For supervised release violations, venue is deemed proper in either the parish of the court that placed the offender on supervised release or the parish where any act constituting the violation occurred

Amends R.S. 15:543(A), R.S. 15:543.1, adds R.S. 15:561.7(C), and enacts Code of Criminal Procedure Article 611(F)
