Removes "full dates of birth" from the list of private information prohibited in civil and criminal court filings, effective January 1, 2026

Amends Code of Civil Procedure Article 253(B)(2) and Code of Criminal Procedure Article 14.1(B)

Retains existing prohibitions on including first five digits of social security numbers, tax identification numbers, state identification numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, and information protected by state or federal law

Filers remain responsible for ensuring private information is not included in court filings submitted in paper form or electronically
