Adds 13 new synthetic opioids to Schedule I of Louisiana's Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Law, including variants of nitazene and fentanyl compounds

Newly scheduled substances include N-Pyrrolidino metonitazene, N-Pyrrolidino protonitazene, Beta-Methylacetylfentanyl, Para-Chlorofentanyl, Para-fluoro valeryl fentanyl, and Tetrahydrothiofuranyl fentanyl

Additional nitazene variants added include Ethyleneoxynitazene, 5-Methyl etodesnitazene, N,N-Dimethylamino etonitazene, N-Desethyl etonitazene, Methylenedioxynitazene, N-Pyrrolidino isotonitazene, and N-Desethyl protonitazene

Schedule I classification designates these substances as having high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use in the United States

Directs the Louisiana State Law Institute to arrange the new entries in alphabetical order and renumber them within the existing schedule
