Establishes a transitional reentry program administered by the Department of Public Safety and Corrections specifically for female parolees to facilitate their safe reintegration into the community

Requires eligible participants to have served at least 5 years of actual imprisonment and be within 6 months of their projected release date

Excludes female offenders with any current or prior sex offense convictions from program eligibility

Disqualifies offenders who have been denied parole in the previous 12 months or committed any major disciplinary offenses (Schedule B offenses) in the 12 months prior to program entry

Participation is voluntary, and offenders must agree to additional screening, assessment, or eligibility requirements established by the department
