Defines "agent of a foreign adversary" as a juridical person (legal entity) whose management or policies can be directed by a foreign adversary through ownership of securities, contract, or other means

Creates a presumption that an entity is an agent of a foreign adversary if the adversary directly or indirectly controls 50% or more of voting interests or is entitled to 50% or more of profits
