Covers temporary restraining orders, protective orders, and Uniform Abuse Prevention Orders issued in connection with peace bonds, bail conditions, or criminal sentences

Targets individuals who deliberately avoid being served with lawful court orders designed to protect victims of domestic violence, stalking, or sex offenses
