Adds the superintendent of the Louisiana State Police (or designee) to the Children's Cabinet Advisory Board, replacing the representative from the Louisiana Maternal and Child Health Coalition

Removes two members from the Children's Cabinet Advisory Board: the representative of Families Helping Families and the representative of the Institute of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health at Tulane University

Restructures the Council on the Status of Grandparents Raising Grandchildren by reducing Department of Children and Family Services representation from three members to one (foster care program representative only)

Creates separate membership positions on the Grandparents Council for representatives of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and the Kinship Care Subsidy Program, appointed by secretaries of their respective administering agencies
