Exempts immediate family members of board and commission members from financial disclosure requirements under R.S. 42:1114 and disaster/emergency contract disclosure requirements under R.S. 42:1114.3

Removes the requirement for board/commission members to disclose loans from immediate family members who are registered lobbyists, employed by lobbyists, employ lobbyists, or have state contracts

Eliminates the requirement for board/commission members to certify that no immediate family member had conflicts of interest involving entities, contracts, businesses, or financial relationships affecting their duties

Amends R.S. 42:1124.2(C)(9)(e) and 1124.2.1(C)(7)(a) and adds new subsections R.S. 42:1114(F) and 1114.3(F)
